JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW

 

Minutes of the July 31, 2007 Meeting

 

 

A regular meeting of the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review was held at the Jamestown Library, 26 North Road.  The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m.  The clerk called the roll and noted the following members present:

 

Thomas Ginnerty

Don Wineberg

Richard Boren

Joseph Logan

David Nardolillo

Dean Wagner

Richard Cribb

Richard Allphin

 

Also present:       Pat Westall, Zoning Clerk

 

 

MINUTES

 

Minutes of the June 26, 2007 meeting.

 

A motion was made by Thomas Ginnerty and seconded by Richard Boren to accept the minutes of the June 26,2007 meeting as presented.

 

The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.

 

Thomas Ginnerty, Don Wineberg, Richard Boren, Joseph Logan, and David Nardolillo voted in favor of the motion.

 

Dean Wagner, Richard Cribb, and Richard Allphin were not seated.

 

 

 

CORRESPONDENCE

 

Windridge

 

 

A letter was received from Donald Parker, Esq. requesting the Windridge appeal be continued to the August meeting.

 

 

 

 

A motion was made by Thomas Ginnerty and seconded by Don Wineberg to continue the appeal of Windridge Properties to the August 28, 2007 meeting at the request of their attorney.

 

The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.

 

Thomas Ginnerty, Don Wineberg, Richard Boren, Joseph Logan, and David Nardolillo voted in favor of the motion.

 

Dean Wagner, Richard Cribb, and Richard Allphin were not seated.

 

 

 

Fernwood

 

A letter was received from Quentin Anthony, Esq. requesting the Fernwood application be continued to the August meeting.

 

 

A motion was made by Thomas Ginnerty and seconded by David Nardolillo to continue the Fernwood application to the August 28, 2007 meeting at the request of their attorney.

 

The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.

 

Thomas Ginnerty, Don Wineberg, Richard Boren, Joseph Logan, and David Nardolillo voted in favor of the motion.

 

Dean Wagner, Richard Cribb, and Richard Allphin were not seated.

 

 

Mead

 

 

A letter was received from Robert & Jane Mead requesting a one-year extension of a previously granted special use permit.

 

 

A motion was made by Thomas Ginnerty and seconded by Don Wineberg to grant the request of Robert & Jane Mead for a one year extension of a previously granted special use permit

 

The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.

 

Thomas Ginnerty, Don Wineberg, Richard Boren, Joseph Logan, and David Nardolillo voted in favor of the motion.

 

Dean Wagner, Richard Cribb, and Richard Allphin were not seated.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 7:02 p.m.

 

The motion carried unanimously.
