JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW

Minutes of the October 24, 2006 Meeting

A regular meeting of the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review was held at the Jamestown Library, 26 North Road. The Vice-Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. The clerk called the roll and noted the following members present:

Don Wineberg

Richard Boren

Joseph Logan

David Nardolillo

Dean Wagner

Also present: Brenda Hanna, Stenographer

Pat Westall, Zoning Clerk

Fred Brown, Zoning Officer

J. William H. Harsch, Counsel

MINUTES

Minutes of the September 26, 2006 meeting.

A motion was made by Don Wineberg and seconded by David Nardolillo to accept the minutes of the September 26, 2006 meeting as presented.

The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.

Don Wineberg, Richard Boren, Joseph Logan, David Nardolillo, and Dean Wagner voted in favor of the motion.

Thomas Ginnerty, Raymond Iannetta, and Richard Cribb were absent.

CORRESPONDENCE

A memorandum withdrawing the application for a special use permit for 23 Narragansett Ave. to be used as a Teen Center by the Town Council.

NEW BUSINESS

Elaine Enterprises

A motion was made by Richard Boren and seconded by Joseph Logan to continue the application of Elaine Enterprises to the November 28, 2006 meeting to allow time for the Town Environmental Scientist to review the application and render an advisory opinion, house plans be submitted to the file, zoning clerk to send a copy of the previous file to the Board, and to get confirmation from the Planner that her opinion was that this application did not have to go to Planning.

The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.

Don Wineberg, Richard Boren, Joseph Logan, David Nardolillo, and Dean Wagner voted in favor of the motion.

Thomas Ginnerty, Raymond Iannetta, and Richard Cribb were absent.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 7:54 p.m.

The motion carried unanimously.
