JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW

Minutes of the October 25,2005 Meeting

A regular meeting of the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review was held at the Jamestown Library, 26 North Road. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. The clerk called the roll and noted the following members present:

Thomas Ginnerty

Richard Boren

Joseph Logan

Dean Wagner

Also present: Brenda Hanna, Stenographer

Pat Westall, Zoning Clerk

Fred Brown, Zoning Officer

Jennifer Azevedo, Counsel

There was no hearing due to lack of a quorum. (Five active members shall be necessary to conduct a hearing.)

A make-up meeting is scheduled for November 8, 2005.

Attorney John Murphy wanted it on the record that the Slick application was ready to go forward.

ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 7:22 p.m.

The motion carried unanimously.
