Frankenbach
A motion was made by Don Wineberg and seconded by Raymond Iannetta to grant the request of Charles H. Frankenbach III et ux Lauren B., whose property is located at 47 Clinton Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 9, Lot 364 for a variance from Article 3, Section 3-2 (District Dimensional Regulations) to construct an addition following the existing lines of the north side of the house which is 4’2” from the property line instead of the required 7’.
This Board has determined that this application does satisfy the requirements of Article 6, Section 600, Section 606, and Section 607, Paragraph 2.
This motion is based on the following findings of fact:
1. Said property is located in a R8 zone and contains 6,321 sq. ft.
2. Continuing the line of the house on the north side is less intrusive from the street view and an open space point of view than would be shifting the addition south to avoid the need for dimensional relief.
3. No neighbors opposed or supported the application.
The motion carried by a vote of 5 – 0.
