JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW

Minutes of the May 21, 2002 Meeting

A regular meeting of the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review was not held at the Jamestown Library, 26 North Rd. due to lack of quorum. The following members were present:

Richard Allphin

Thomas Ginnerty

Richard Boren

Joseph Logan

Also present: Brenda Hanna, Stenographer

Pat Westall, Zoning Clerk

Fred Brown, Zoning Officer

Bruce Leach, Counsel

There being no quorum and having six items on the June 25, 2002 agenda it was decided to have a special meeting on June 4, 2002 for all items except #1.

John Murphy attorney for the applicant of item #1 requested that it be continued to the June 25, 2002 meeting.

A motion was made by Richard Allphin and seconded by Thomas Ginnerty to continue the application of Jamestown Place Associates, LLC (Knowles Court) to the June 25, 2002 meeting.

The motion carried by a vote of 4 – 0.
