  JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW

  Minutes of the April 25, 2000 Meeting

A regular meeting of the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review was held at the
Jamestown Town Hall, 93 Narragansett Avenue.
      The meeting was called to order by the Vice-Chairman at 7:02 p.m. 
The clerk called the roll and noted the following members present:

Richard Allphin
Thomas Ginnerty
Don Wineberg
Richard Boren                        

Also present were:

Jane Streeter, Stenographer
Pat Westall, Zoning Clerk
Fred Brown, Zoning Officer
Christopher Zangari, Counsel

MINUTES

Minutes of the March 28, 2000 and April 11, 2000.

There being no quorum the minutes will be on the May 23, 2000 agenda.

CORRESPONDENCE

A copy of a preliminary determination from RIDEM re: P 16, Lot 246.

A copy of a memorandum from the Planning Comm. re: Zoning Amendment.

A letter from David Bolger of April 14, 2000 re: Omnipoint.

OLD BUSINESS

CMS (Schedule a hearing date.)

A motion was made by Don Wineberg and seconded by Richard Boren to
continue the application of Conanicut Marine Services to a special meeting
on May 9, 2000 at the Jamestown Library, 26 North Rd. at 7:00 p.m.

The motion carried by a vote of 4 - 0.

Paws & Claws

A motion was made by Thomas Ginnerty and seconded by Don Wineberg to
continue the application of Paws & Claws to the May 23, 2000 meeting at
the request of the applicant.

The motion carried by a vote of 4 - 0.

JUST

A motion was made by Don Wineberg and seconded by Richard Boren to
continue the application of Samuel Just to the May 23, 2000 meeting at the
request of the attorney for the applicant.

The motion carried by a vote of 4 - 0.

NEW BUSINESS

Bucklin, Nardolillo, Blackwood, Sedgewick, Stern, & Pritchett

A motion was made by Richard Allphin and seconded by Thomas Ginnerty to
continue all the remaining items on the agenda to the May  23, 2000
meeting.

The motion carried by a vote of 4 - 0.

ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Don Wineberg and seconded by Thomas Ginnerty to
adjourn at 7:15 p.m.

The motion carried unanimously.
