Jamestown Zoning Board of Review
   
Minutes of the April 11, 2000 Meeting
    
    A regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Review was held at the
Jamestown Library, 26 North Road.
     The meeting was called to order by the Chairwoman at 7:06 pm.
     The clerk called the roll and the following members were present:
    
                            Catherine Finney
                            Thomas Ginnerty
                             Dennis Grieco
                             Don Wineberg
                             Richard Boren
    
    Also present:
    
                         Jane Streeter, Stenographer
                      Kimberly Turcone, Recording Clerk
                        Fred Brown, Zoning Officer
                        Chris Zangari, Town Solicitor
    
I.   Variance Application of Conanicut Marine Services.
II.  Special Use Permit of Conanicut Marine Services.
    
    Seated: C. Finney, T. Ginnerty, D. Grieco, D. Wineberg & R. Boren
    Absent: R. Allphin, R. Iannetta & J. Logan
    
    John Murphy, attorney for the applicant, requested that the Zoning
Board take both petitions and combine them into one.
     With agreement from the Zoning Board, the applicant stated their
case.
    
    A motion was made and amended by Catherine Finney and seconded by
Thomas Ginnerty to continue the applications of CMS until the next
scheduled meeting at the Town Hall on April 25th at 7 pm.
    
    The meeting of the Zoning Board of Review adjourned at 10:35 pm.
