The proposed north side yard will be 10í and the proposed south side yard will be 8.5í wherein 20í is required. Said property is in a R40 zone and contains 25,000 sq. ft.
Application of Michael & Elizabeth Perik, (10-12 High St. LLC) whose property is located at 10 High St., and further identified as Tax Assessorís Plat 9, Lot 380, for a special use permit from Article 7, Section 705 (Alteration of a Nonconforming Structure)to construct an in-ground swimming pool. Said property is located in a R40 zone and contains 47,642 sq. ft.
