1. Brown Estates - 3 lot Subdivision with waivers - East Shore Rd

Town Solicitor Doug DeSimone addressed questions in a letter that was
written to Mr. Jim Murphy former Town Solicitor. He stated that the
applicant could be a joint venture and this meets the definition of parcel
in the regulations.
A discussion ensued with the Planning Commission and all parties
concerned. Mr. Liberati stated that the applicant will submit this plan
as a minor subdivision without waivers.
No action was taken at this time because they are at the
pre-application stage.

Mrs. Susan Pendlebury wanted to state for the record that she was
uncomfortable with the unprofessional attitude of a Planning Board member
and that as far as they are concerned they have enhanced their land over
the past several years.

2. Ibis Estates - 2 Lot subdivision with waivers - East Shore Rd
Mr. Liberati stated that this subdivision has been put on hold at this
time. No action is necessary because it is at pre-application stage.

Lisa Bryer, Town Planner will take a look at the Subdivision Regulations
with the Town Solicitor Mr. Doug DeSimone regarding tightening the
regulations with respect to marginal lots and subdivision.
