3)         Wood pile pier re:  request from the Jamestown Harbor Commission for emergency ordinance closing access on the wood pile pier and the concrete pier at East Ferry from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

4)         Award of Bid re:  recommendation from the Jamestown Harbor Commission to award the bid for a new harbormaster boat, trailer and engine with extended warranty on the tubes to:  RIBCRAFT for an amount not to exceed $95,770.00
