Notice is hereby given that the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review will hold a public hearing on October 25, 2005, at the Jamestown Library, 26 North Road, Jamestown, Rhode Island at 7:00 p.m. upon the following:

a)         Application of Connie Slick, whose property is located at 49 Narragansett Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 9, Lot 208 for an amendment to an existing Special Use Permit (Articles 3 and 6) permitting mixed use (professional office and two apartments) and a variance from the provisions of Section 82-1204(A) pertaining to the dimensions of parking spaces.  Said property is located in a CD zone and contains 6112.1 sq. ft.

b)         Application of STD Building Corp., (Mary Lou K. Ball, owner) whose property is located at Ferry Street, and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 5, Lot 58 for a special use permit as required by Jamestown Ordinance 82-314C.2. (High ground water table and impervious overlay district) to allow the installation of a new individual sewage disposal system (ISDS) and the construction of a single-family house on the site. The details of the proposed ISDS installation, house construction and this application are on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Jamestown Zoning Board of Review.  Said property is located in an R 40 zone and contains 14,400 sq. ft.

APPLICATION OF CUMBERLAND FARMS, INC., dba: Cumberland Farms Store #1108, for renewal of additional operational hours between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for said establishment, holder of a Victualing License issued by the Town of Jamestown.  If granted, this will allow this establishment to continue to be open from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily (RIGL 5-24-1 allows this establishment to be open until 2:00 a.m.).
