1)                  Exhibition/Event Licenses:

a)                  Rolling Agenda – Bikeway Committee dba: Bicycle Awareness Day, to hold an event at the Lawn Avenue School, 55 Lawn Avenue on October 8, 2005 (rain date: 10/15/2005) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

b)                  Friends of the Jamestown Animal Shelter dba: Day at the Park to hold a fundraiser at the Fort Getty Pavilion on October 8, 2005 (weather permitting) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Request to sell $10.00 (car load) parking passes with sales donated to the Jamestown Animal Shelter; request to waive $200.00 pavilion rental fee and $50.00 Peddler fee - hold harmless agreement attached (insurance policy not yet received)

i)                    Peddler License: Bada Bing dba: House of Pizza to sell hotdogs, hamburgers, beverages, etc. at the Day at the Park event.  All proceeds to be donated to the Jamestown Animal Shelter.  Request to waive $5.00 application fee; insurance covered under event & applicant’s Freddie Bing’s Hotdog Thing policy
