6)                  Zoning Board of Review Abutter notification:

a)         Application of Lino Corredora (Beatrice C. Scholle, owner a/k/a Beatrice C. Burns) whose property is located between Hull and Stern Streets, and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 14, Lot 80, for an appeal of the April 15, 2005, decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer.  That decision states that the applicant’s new, revised development plan application (for a special use permit to install a new ISDS) cannot be heard by the Zoning Board within 12 months of that Board’s decision that failed to grant the previously requested use variance to install a new ISDS.  The applicable section of the Zoning Ordinance is 82-505.  Said property is located in the R40 district and contains 14,400 sq. ft.

b)         Application of Kerry Sheehan, KLS Construction, (Mark Brasil, owner) whose property is located on Court Street, and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 2, Lot 6 for a variance from Article 3, Section 82-302, District Dimensional Regulations and Street Frontage Requirements to construct a single family home on a paper road 36 ft. from the front line (40 required), 36 ft. from the rear line (40 required), 8 ft. from the right side (30 required), 8 ft. from the left side (30 required), and 0 lot frontage (200 ft. required).  Said property is located in a RR80 zone and contains 5000 sq. ft.

c)         Application of STD Building Corp., (Mary Lou K. Ball, owner) whose property is located at Ferry Street, and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 5, Lot 58 for a special use permit as required by Jamestown Ordinance 82-314C.2. (High ground water table and impervious overlay district) to allow the installation of a new individual sewage disposal system (ISDS) and the construction of a single-family house on the site. The details of the proposed ISDS installation, house construction and this application are on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Jamestown Zoning Board of Review.  Said property is located in an R 40 zone and contains 14,400 sq. ft.

a)                  Application of Barbara Baynes to hold a family picnic and provide a DJ at the Ft. Getty Pavilion on July 16, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Applicant will be serving alcohol; insurance certificate attached

b)                  Application of the Jamestown School PTO to hold a PTO function and provide a DJ at the Ft. Getty Pavilion on July 8, 2005 from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.  Applicant will be serving alcohol; insurance certificate is attached and covered under the caterer.  Applicant also requests to waive $5.00 application fee and $200.00 Pavilion rental fee

2)                  One Day Peddler’s License

a)         Application of the Jamestown Lion’s Club to sell light sticks at Ft. Wetherill during the Independence Day Fire Works display from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.; insurance certificate attached.  Applicant requests to waive $5.00 application fee

3)                  Exhibition License with Vendors Application:

a)                  Application of the Fireworks Committee (BJ Whitehouse) to have a fireworks display on July 1, 2005 at Ft. Wetherill (south of the main picnic area) from 3:00 – 10:00 p.m.; no Promoter’s permit needed, insurance certificate attached
