Meeting held at 7:00PM in the Jamestown Library Museum Room

Minutes from the December 12th meeting were approved.

Maryanne Crawford updated the Committee on the RFP proposals for the Highway Barn. Five (5) proposals were received. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded by the Town Council at the January 28th meeting at the earliest.

Motion made by Ray Iannetta, seconded by Nick Robertson: Chairman will schedule next Committee meeting after RFP award is made and contractor is available for a work session. Motion unanimously approved.

The new Jamestown Administration building was discussed.

Lisa Bryer provided the Committee with input regarding parking. The Committee is in agreement to recommend that the Town Council consider purchase of the Lope lot (at approximately 7,000SF) for parking.

Maryanne Crawford provided input from Town department heads as follows:

- Computer consultant needs space of 12x14 for equipment

- Emergency Management Director needs space for records and files, currently stored at his residence

- Two (2) 10x10 spaces are needed for interns

Motion made by Nick Robertson, seconded by Dan Capuano: Adjourn meeting. Motion unanimously approved.
