William L. Burgin, Architect presented a review of the Feasibility Study for new Town Hall and Administrative Facilities dated October 1998.

Minutes of October 24th meeting were reviewed and amendments noted. Motion by Maryanne Crawford, seconded by Dan Capuano: Approve minutes of October 24th meeting as amended. Motion unanimously approved.

Minutes from the November 7th meeting were reviewed and amendments noted. Motion by Lisa Bryer, seconded by Nick Robertson: Approve minutes of November 7th meeting as amended. Motion unanimously approved.

Lisa Bryer pointed out that she did not make a motion to vote on the PW Highway Barn site location at the October 24th meeting.

Date for the next meeting was discussed. Motion by Dan Capuano, seconded by Ray Iannetta: Next meeting to be held Thursday, November 29th if a location was available. Motion unanimously approved.
